Shipping & Returns


All packages sent by us include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once we’ve lodged it for delivery at the Post Office. It’s not often that a parcel is lost, but if this happens to you please contact Australia Post or your local postal service with your tracking number & address details as soon as you can! Other than following this tracking number, HALO cannot keep tabs on your order once it has left us, and unfortunately since it’s out of our control we cannot refund lost parcels  : ( 

We advise close monitoring of your order once you receive your tracking number. If you have a MyPost account, you may request the postie to leave your package in a safe spot on your property (at your own risk) in the event that you aren’t home at the time of delivery. They’ll even pop it over your fence, if you ask! Careful of this option - we pack super safely, but there’s always the chance these drivers are in a hurry and don’t appreciate the fragile nature of our particular products! Generally though they will leave a collection card & take it back to the PO to await your claim, don’t forget to take your ID wth you


Once our parcels leave Australia, they are no longer in our jurisdiction and therefore we cannot be held liable for any customs charges, delays, loss, or theft. As proof of shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number, and send them off with much love & blessings! However, most unfortunately, we cannot refund any parcels that are not received when sent overseas



We’re sure you won’t, but just throwing it out there - refunds & replacing of items if you purely change your mind can’t be done

And we doubt you will, but just throwing it out there again - a 10% cancellation fee will apply if you wish to cancel your entire order so long as you get in touch with us before it has been shipped to you

If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, please let us know ASAP. We’re pretty quick at picking & packing orders, if it’s not too late though and it hasn’t yet been sent we may be able to exchange the item for you! The quickest way to reach us is on Messenger or Instagram

If there’s a fault with any crystal that is not a naturally formed part of the stone, and was not described in the product listing before purchase, please send us a message with the details & some pics and we will do our best to fix the situation for you in the very best way possible

If an item arrives and it’s sadly damaged, please advise us immediately by sending us pictures to show what has happened. *Cue real tears!!* We also ask that you please send us back the damaged crystal or item in an appropriately safe manner and provide us with a tracking number within 7 days, with the shipping for this return covered by you. If it’s been more than 7 days since your parcel arrived, you can try your luck but it’s not likely that we can replace it for you at this time

Okay so once we have received it, we will then start processing your replacement. If the damage is not found to be a natural flaw of the crystal, and happened due to our poor packing (or poor postie handling, eek!) we will lovingly replace it with another of the exact same item. If the same item is out of stock, we will ask you to choose one of similar value from the things we do have

If a similar item is unavailable, a store credit with your name on it will be issued so you can pick something else that catches your pretty little eye. Sorry, we cannot refund your shipping costs! We endeavour to keep you as happy as possibly can, we’re just a message away if you need us for anything at all : )
